Limitation of liability for references and links:
In the case of director indirect references to external internet pages ("links") which lie outside the realm of SITEC´s responsibility a liability would only become effective if SITEC were to have a knowledge of the content, and if it would be technically possible and reasonable for SITEC to prevent the use of any illegal content. Herewith, SITEC declares explicitly that there were no illegal contents recognizable on the sites which were to be linked at the moment of setting links. SITEC has no influence at all on current and future configurations on contents or on the authorship of linked sites. Therefore, SITEC explicitly dissociates itself from all content of all linked sites that were changed after the setting of links.
